The Dayton DEMONZ host two very important games this weekend, certainly two games you won't want to miss at Hara Arena as the DEMONZ look to finalize a playoff spot either for 1st place or 2nd place and they continue to go head to head with Watertown.
First this weekend, coming to Hara is the much hated Danbury Whalers on Friday Night, the team the DEMONZ beat last season in the FHL Cup Finals 9-2 in Danbury and this game brings a real exciting atmosphere to the night as Danbury could end up being the DEMONZ 1st round opponent come March 13th. The final standings wont be determined until March 6 & 7 games.
Saturday Night, the DEMONZ host Steel City Warriors and the DEMONZ will play them here Saturday at Hara Arena before heading to Bell Vernon, PA for games there Sunday & Monday.
Saturday game is also a Tribute to the Late Guy Trottier-Dayton GEMS Stand-Out Player. Guy's wife & sons will be at ice level for special pre-game presentations from the DEMONZ. This is for sure an exciting weekend for hockey in Dayton, come support your local DEMONZ hockey team as they prepare to head into the Cup Playoff's for the 3rd straight season in FHL.
This is an exciting team to watch and cover as a media outlet in Dayton and after 38 years last season the DEMONZ brought home a Championship Cup to Dayton, something no other Dayton sports team has done recently for the city.
Both Games are slated for a 7:35pm Face-Off !!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO DEMONZ!!!!!!!
