TODAY:

The Ontario Reign (30-15-3-4) play their second of two games in three nights against the Colorado Eagles (33-18-0-2). This is the final regular season game between the two clubs; since the Eagles joined the ECHL for the 2011-12 season, the Reign are 21-10-5-0 lifetime against Colorado. Ontario sports a 6-4-2-0 record against the Eagles this season, and is 4-1-1-0 at Citizens Business Bank Arena against their opponent.

BLACKWATER CLUTCH:

Reign forward Judd Blackwater has proven to provide timely scoring for Ontario in his first season with the club. His game-winner on Friday night gave him five on the season with the Reign - accounting for one sixth of Ontario's victory this season - and tied for the ninth-highest total in the ECHL.

EZEKIEL STORMIN' ALONG:

Already in the midst of a career season in terms of assists and points, Norm Ezekiel has also earned a reputation as a player who isn't afraid to mix it up with the opposition. His 162 penalty minutes rank within the top 10 of all ECHL players, and easily surpasses his totals from last year with Norfolk Admirals and Utah Grizzlies.

GOALIES CONTINUE TO OPEN STRONG FOR ONTARIO:

Adam Brown became the fifth Ontario goaltender this season to earn a win in his season debut with the team, joining Joe Cannata, Jussi Olkinuora, Spencer McLay and Daniel Spence. So far, the Reign remain a perfect 5-for-5 when a new goalie makes their debut this season; it is already the highest total in the seven-year history of the club.
