Stingrays Game Preview: Stingrays Look to Extend Winning Streak on Family Day vs. Road Warriors

North Charleston, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays host the Greenville Road Warriors on Crews Subaru Family Day today at 3:05 at the North Charleston Coliseum. Today is the 13 of 14 meetings between to the two in-state rivals this season.
Crews Subaru Family Day:
All kids tickets are $5 and $5 kids meals on the concourse! Stay after the game for the Health First Postgame Meet and Greet with the entire team!
Stingrays Host Town Hall:
The Stingrays invite all season ticket holders and fans to a town hall meeting on Sunday, February 22 at 1:30 p.m. in the Club North room of the North Charleston Coliseum prior to the 3:05 contest against the Greenville Road Warriors. Members of the Zucker family alongside Stingrays President Rob Concannon and team staff will answer questions and hear from fans. Fans must have a ticket to the game to enter the town hall session.
Series Breakdown:
The Stingrays are on an 11-game unbeaten streak (8-0-0-3) against the Road Warriors and hold an 8-1-0-3 overall head-to-head record. The two sides met last night at the Coliseum with the Stingrays erasing a two-goal deficit to prevail 5-2. All-time, the Stingrays are 37-24-14 against the Road Warriors.
Winning Streak:
The Stingrays are currently on a season-high nine game winning streak and outscored their opponents 43-13.
Scoring Touch:
Stingrays forwards Andrew Rowe and Derek DeBlois each enter tonight's matchup on five-game point streaks and forward Rob Ricci is on a four-game point streak. Rowe has three goals and eight assists for 11 points, DeBlois adds two goals and six assists for eight points and Ricci picked up five goals and two assists for seven points.

The Stingrays travel to The Sunshine State for a three-game road trip starting Thursday, February 26 against the Orlando Solar Bears at 7:00 p.m. at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. The road trip continues on Friday and Saturday, February 27-28 against the Florida Everblades at Germain Arena in Estero, Florida.

The Stingrays honor the men and women of the Armed Forces on Military Appreciation Night presented by APECS Aerospace Corporation, Precision Airparts Support Services, United Aeronautical Corporation, U.S. Technical and Heritage Pools on Saturday, March 14 at 7:05 p.m. at the Coliseum. WCW and WWE Champion Ric Flair will fire up the crowd as the Stingrays skate in special "Stars and Stripes" jerseys and auction them off after the contest.
