Tip-a-Tip is tonight!

Join us tonight at your favorite local El Paraiso Mexican Grill location for this year's "Tip-a-'Tip" night, where Silvertips players become celebrity waiters to help raise money for the Naval Recruiting District Seattle Petty Officer's Association. No reservations are needed; just stop by El Paraiso in downtown Everett, Silver Lake or Snohomish between 6 and 8 pm to meet your favorite players, get autographs and snap pictures. Navy Night TV game & trading card night this weekend!

The Silvertips are back on home ice twice during a three-in-three weekend. Friday's 7:35 pm game against the Tri-City Americans is this year's "Navy Night", where we honor local sailors, host a swearing-in on the ice and raise money for the Petty Officer's Association through the sale of tickets, specialty jerseys and signed pucks! The first 5,000 fans get a green glow stick courtesy of Dwayne Lane's as we pack the #SeaofGreen for a live television audience on ROOT Sports Northwest, and it's also a Hockey Happy Hour game! After a road game against the Thunderbirds Saturday in Kent, the 'Tips are back at home Sunday afternoon at 4:05 to take on the Lethbridge Hurricanes. The first 750 fans get a full set of 2014-15 Silvertips trading cards courtesy of Mountain Pacific Bank.

EYHBC in need of equipment donations

Due to the great success of the EYH beginner hockey program, the Everett Hockey Youth Booster Club is in need of youth hockey equipment donations for Saturday's "Try Hockey for Free" day starting at 2:15 pm at the XFINITY Community Ice Rink. If you have used hockey equipment that your kids have outgrown or is no longer being used, drop it by the Silvertips office during regular business hours to donate your gear to the next generation of young players!
