Promotional Schedule for Storm Chasers 2015 Season Revealed

OMAHA, Neb. - The upcoming season will be historic for the Omaha Storm Chasers and Werner Park, with the First National Bank 2015 Triple-A All-Star Game and festivities July 12-15, and the 2015 Promotional Schedule has been officially released with Opening Night on Friday, April 17!
Two former Storm Chasers and current Royals stars will be immortalized in bobblehead form this season: Lorenzo Cain on May 27 presented by Missouri Division of Tourism and Eric Hosmer on July 11 in the day game of a scheduled doubleheader. "Husker Night" on May 21 features a specialty red Alex Gordon Storm Chasers Jersey T-Shirt presented by "Stay in the Game, Get Screened for Colon Cancer."
Werner Park will celebrate Back-to-Back Triple-A National Championships kicking off with a Banner Giveaway on April 18 presented by Nebraska Highway Safety, the return of the popular Replica Championship Ring on May 9 presented by Sarpy County Sports Commission, a Replica Triple-A National Championship Trophy for the night game of scheduled doubleheader on July 11, plus a Drawstring Backpack on August 3 presented by Huber Chevrolet.
Headlining the four specialty jersey nights this year will be "Omaha Royals Night" on August 1, as the Storm Chasers turn back the clock with retro jerseys and hats. The May 27 game that features the Lorenzo Cain bobblehead will also be the "Salute to the Kansas City Royals Night" as Sluggerrr and the Royals production team will bring the in-game experience of Kauffman Stadium to Werner Park.
Theme Night highlights for 2015 will be "Star Wars Night" on May 8 featuring the 501st Legion and "Superhero Night" on May 22, both of which come on one of the eleven Hy-Vee Friday Fireworks Nights. "Daddy Daughter Princess Night" returns on July 10 and will be joined by "Mommy and Minion Night" on August 14, both presented by ParentSaavy.com. Other theme nights include Mini Madness on August 29 and an appearance by "Adventure Time" characters Jake and Finn on May 9!
Werner Park "Concert Weekend" will expand this season to three games, and will be moved to July 24-26. Vital Signs and Home Instead present "Faith & Family Night" on Friday July 24, the Werner Enterprises Concert will be Saturday July 25 and "Kidz Bop" finishes the weekend on Sunday July 26. Details of the performing acts for the first two nights will be released closer to the 2015 season.
