Lexington Legends News Release

(WHITAKER BANK BALLPARK, Lexington, Ky.) Former major league pitchers Matt Ginter and Jeff Parrett will join another former big leaguer, J.J. Cannon, the Lexington Legends first manager, at the Legends pre-season caravan stop in Lexington Monday, February 23. The event is scheduled for 5:30 - 7 p.m. in the Kentucky Ale Taproom at Whitaker Bank Ballpark.

Cannon led the Legends to the South Atlantic League championship in 2001, the team's first season.

"Our caravan is a great way to connect with our fans all across the region," said Legends CEO Andy Shea. "And it's always nice to have special guests like Matt Ginter, Jeff Parrett and J.J.
