Erin's House Hosts Coach Bobby Bowden At Common Bond Breakfast

FORT WAYNE, IN- Erin's House for Grieving Children will host Coach Bobby Bowden as the 2015 Common Bond Breakfast featured speaker. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28 at the Parkview Regional Medical Center Campus: Mirro Center. Doors will open at 7:00 a.m. with opening remarks and breakfast starting promptly at 7:30 a.m.
Coach Bobby Bowden is known as much for his affable charm as he is for his championship teams. Having coached young men in seven decades, he became the second-winningest coach in major college football history. Coach Bowden was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2006. He and his wife of 61 years, Ann, live in Tallahassee, Florida. While Coach Bowden's life journey has known great joy, he has also experienced great loss with the death of two grandsons through two separate tragedies.

The proceeds from the Common Bond Breakfast enable Erin's House to provide support for children, teens and their families who have suffered the death of a loved one with no fee for service.
