Rowdies 2015 Fall Season Schedule Released

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (January 20, 2015) - The Tampa Bay Rowdies will open the 2015 North American Soccer League Fall Season at home in front of their own fans at Al Lang Stadium on the Fourth of July as the Atlanta Silverbacks come calling for a holiday matchup.
The Rowdies will spend plenty of time at home in July, with three of their first four matches of the Fall Season set to take place in downtown St. Petersburg, including a rivalry matchup against the Fort Lauderdale Strikers on Saturday, July 25.
Tampa Bay will face each of the other 10 NASL teams once at home and once on the road in the double round robin Fall schedule. The Rowdies only have one midweek home match, set for September 30 against the Indy Eleven. All other home matches will be played on Saturday nights. Tampa Bay also only has one midweek road match, a visit to the Eleven on Wednesday, August 19.
New Florida rival Jacksonville Armada FC will visit Al Lang Stadium on August 8. The Rowdies make their first trip to Jacksonville on September 26 and will head to Lockhart Stadium to face the Strikers on August 15 in Coastal Cup matches.
The defending NASL Champion San Antonio Scorpions will visit Al Lang Stadium on September 19. Tampa Bay's regular season home schedule wraps up with a match against the Carolina RailHawks on October 24, a week before the Rowdies' regular season finale in New York against the Cosmos on Halloween.
The Spring and Fall champions will each have a home game in the semifinals of the four-team NASL Championship, where they will be joined by the two highest-placed teams over the course of both seasons combined that did not win either season.
