Springfield Falcons to Host "Hockey 'N' Heels"

Springfield, Mass. - The Springfield Falcons will host the second annual "Hockey 'N' Heels" event, presented by Health New England, at the MassMutual Center on Saturday, March 28 at 4:30 p.m. before the Falcons face the Hartford Wolf Pack.

This exclusive event for women will teach hockey 101 in a fun and interactive setting. The event will include a vendor showcase and a speaker series with American Hockey League Manager of Hockey Operations Kelly Flanagan, one of the game's linesman and additional speakers to be determined. There will also be complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar along with raffles, trivia and games held throughout the evening.

As part of the event, ladies are encouraged to wear red, white and blue heels. The Falcons will hold a contest for the best heels and the winner will receive a prize, courtesy of Health New England. Attendees may purchase beads and give them to the participant they think has the best heels. All proceeds will go towards the Springfield Falcons Charitable Foundation.

Admission to the Falcons' second annual "Hockey 'N' Heels" is open to anyone with a ticket to the Falcons game that night.
