Welychka Named Captain

BELLEVILLE, ON - Head Coach and General Manager George Burnett announced today that over age forward Brett Welychka has been named Captain for the Belleville Bulls.
The London, Ontario native has appeared in 253 OHL games posting 63 goals and 85 assists for 148 points.
"Brett has excellent work habits and brings a positive attitude to the rink each day. With his three trips to the Memorial Cup and two League Championships, Brett has an un-matched amount of experience in our league." said Burnett
"Brett recognizes the responsibility that goes along with wearing the "C" in this community and when informed of the news, he was sincerely honoured and proud to become the captain of the Belleville Bulls."
In addition, veteran defenceman Jordan Subban will join Adam Bignell and Brett Gustavsen as an alternate captain.
