Tigers Game Postponed to Thursday Due to Weather

Revelstoke, BC - The Medicine Hat Tigers began their road trip Monday evening, making the long trip to Victoria to face the Royals on Wednesday night. Unfortunate circumstances regarding weather and road conditions have postponed Wednesday's game in Victoria to Thursday night, time 7:00pm.
The Tigers were stopped on the Trans-Canada Highway early Tuesday morning as the road was closed due to an avalanche. Hours later, the road behind them in Golden was also closed due to high avalanche risks, leaving the Tigers stranded in Revelstoke, BC. Tuesday brought more snow to the region and crews were unable to clear the highways and avalanche threats in time to re-open the highway.
The Tigers hope to be back on the road tomorrow afternoon, when the highways are scheduled to re-open again.
