January 5, 2015 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Kingston Frontenacs News Release
Kingston-General Manager Doug Gilmour announced today that the Kingston Frontenacs have traded forward Ryan Kujawinski and a 6th round selection in 2017 to the North Bay Battalion in exchange for forward Jared Steege, defenceman Nathan Billitier, and a conditional 2nd round selection in 2016. Steege, a native of Cobden, Ontario, has 6 goals and 6 assists in 34 games this season, his second in the OHL. Billitier, a native of Spencerport, NY, played 2 seasons in the USHL before joining the Notre Dame Fighting Irish this season.
"It was a tough choice letting Ryan go, we wish him all the best," said General Manager Doug Gilmour. "Jared and Nathan bring depth to our lineup, we look forward to having both join us this weekend."
The Frontenacs are back in action at home at Rogers K-Rock Centre on Friday, January 9 vs. Oshawa Generals at 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday, January 10 vs. Windsor Spitfires at 7 p.m.
