Worcester Sharks Host Online Jersey Auction to Benefit RCAP

Worcester, MA - The Worcester Sharks (@WorcesterSharks), proud American Hockey League affiliate of the San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) announced today that the club is auctioning off the remaining Worcester IceCats specialty jerseys during an online auction to benefit RCAP Solutions on www.SharksAHL.com .

The Sharks sported the Worcester IceCats jerseys during Worcester's 2-1 loss to the Manchester Monarchs on December 13, 2014 at the DCU Center.
A portion of the proceeds of the online jersey auction will benefit RCAP Solutions.
The online jersey auction to benefit the RCAP Solutions began on Sunday, December 21 at 8pm (EST) and concludes on Sunday, December 28 at 8pm (EST) and consists of the following jerseys;
Adam Burish
Worcester Sharks game worn #37 Worcester IceCats specialty jersey from forward Adam Burish. Adam recorded an assist and was +1 in the Sharks 2-1 loss to the Manchester Monarchs in the jersey. Burish won the Stanley Cup with the Chicago Blackhawks in 2010 and a National Championship with the University of Wisconsin. Adam has played in 378 NHL games with Chicago, Dallas, and San Jose. Chris Tierney
Worcester Sharks game issued #50 Worcester IceCats specialty jersey from rookie forward Chris Tierney. Chris recorded 10 points (1-9-10) in 12 games with Worcester and is currently on recall with the San Jose Sharks. Tierney was drafted by the SJ Sharks with the 55th pick overall in the 2012 NHL Draft. He led the London Knights last season with 40 goals and 89 points in 67 games. Click HERE to place a bid.
Melker Karlsson
Worcester Sharks game issued #15 Worcester IceCats specialty jersey from forward Melker Karlsson. Melker recorded 10 points (5-5-10) in 20 games for Worcester before his recall to the San Jose Sharks. Karlsson won the Swedish Elite Championship the last two seasons with Skelleftea AIK and hails from Lychsele, Sweden. Click HERE to place a bid.
Barclay Goodrow
Worcester Sharks game issued #23 Worcester IceCats specialty jersey from rookie Barclay Goodrow. Barclay has spent the entire year with the San Jose Sharks and has recorded three points (2-3-5) in 18 games as of Dec 22. Goodrow recorded 67 points (33-34-67) last season with North Bay (OHL) and hails from Toronto, Ontario. Click HERE to place a bid.
