ECHL Announces Fines, Suspension

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL on Sunday announced the following fines and suspension.
Ontario's Ezekiel fined, suspended
Ontario's Norm Ezekiel has been suspended for one game and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #271, Colorado at Ontario, on Dec. 20.
Ezekiel was assessed a major penalty and game misconduct for boarding under Rule #41.5 at 14:04 of the third period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Ezekiel will miss Ontario's game against Colorado today (Dec. 21).
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
Tulsa's Ramsay fined
Tulsa head coach Bruce Ramsay has been fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #842, Tulsa at Allen, on Dec. 20.
Ramsay was assessed game misconduct under Rule #39.5 at 19:39 of the third period. He is fined under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
