Marlies Fall in Overtime to Ice Caps

Toronto Marlies News Release
The Marlies lost Saturday afternoon 6-5 in overtime against the St. John's Ice Caps. Despite a two goal effort from Connor Brown and 28 saves from Christopher Gibson, the Marlies would be unable to prevail. Eric O'Dell recorded a hat trick for the Ice Caps and goaltender Connor Hellebuyck made 31 saves for the victory.
Toronto is back home Sunday for a rematch against the Ice Caps with puck drop at 3:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at marlies.ca/tickets or by calling 416-597-PUCK (7825).
