Soo Eagles Return Home to Take on the Michigan Warriors

The Soo Eagles return home for their only home series of the month, as they will take on the Michigan Warriors at Pullar Stadium, Friday at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday at 7:00 p.m.

The Eagles are led in scoring by Keegan Miller (10-15- 25) and Sandis Zolmanis (8-17- 25). Trevor Cope is (12-9- 21), while Mitch Vanderburg is (9-12- 21).
The Warriors are led in scoring by Tyler Groat, who has 11 goals and 9 assists on the season. Mitch Wedding has four goals and 14 assists, while AJ Marcinek is (10-6- 16).
Sean Keating is 9-7-0-0 for the Soo Eagles, with a goals against average of 2.91 and a save percentage of .899. Jack Berry is 7-7-0-1, with a GAA of 2.84 and a SV% of .909.
Hunter Vorva is 1-0-0-1 for the Michigan Warriors, with a goals against average of 1.92 and a save percentage of .949.
These teams have met five times this season, all in Flint, where the Eagles have claimed four victories, including two in shootouts. These teams will meet again five times this season, including Feb 20-21 and March 27-28 in Sault Ste. Marie.
This weekend Aaron's will be holding a giveaway and the Soo Eagles will be honoring local elementary school students, in their "Student of the Month" ceremony.
