Blast Sign Defender Drew Ruggles

Baltimore, MD- Baltimore Blast President and General Manager, Kevin Healey, announced today the signing of defender Drew Ruggles. The Baltimore Blast who play in the newly formed Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) have started the season 4-0.

Drew Ruggles is currently a member of the Wilmington Hammerheads in the USL Pro League where he is a starting defender and appeared in 21 games during the 2014 season. Ruggles also played four years of college soccer at Georgia Southern University and appeared for the USL PDL club Michigan Bucks during the 2013 season.

The Baltimore Blast season continues this weekend at home at the Royal Farms arena in back to back games (12/12 &12/13) against the Milwaukee Wave. Both games kickoff at 7:35p.m.
