This Friday, November 21st when the Danbury Whalers take on the Steel City Warriors at the Danbury Ice Arena, there will be a Danbury Whalers Players Twitter Take Over. Gametime is set for 7:35 PM.
A Twitter Take Over is when a "celebrity" tweets messages through a specific account as opposed to the regular social network manager.
During the game, the Danbury Whalers Players Twitter Take Over will be monitored by Whalers Director of Media Relations, Tommy Pecoraro. Throughout various points during the game, Pecoraro will venture to the bench and give live Tweets from the Danbury Whalers players and coaches.
That's correct fans - while the game is going on, right from the bench, right from the penalty box, and the lockerroom, it will all be available for your view & re-tweeting pleasure.
Keep your phones handy you won't want to miss a bit of the action from within the game.
