Reading Royals News Release

ROYALS PRE-GAME NOTES

- In last night's 3-1 win over the Kalamazoo Wings, Cam Reid scored the first goal of the game. That goal, his fourth of the season, extended his personal point streak to nine games (4g-7a=11pts).

- David Marshall scored what proved to be the game winning goal in last night's win in Kalamazoo. Marshall has scored two of the three GWGs registered to this point of the season by the Royals. (He also scored the game winner in the 3-1 win for Reading over Wheeling on October 30.)

- Marshall's goal last night extended his personal goal scoring streak to three games (4g). Marshall, who assisted on Cam Reid's goal in last night's win, has also recorded three consecutive multi-point performances.

- Ryan Cruthers scored the Royals insurance goal late in the third period last night. That was Cruthers' second goal of the season, and his seventy-third career goal as Royal, which ties Olivier Labelle as the all-time team career leader in that category. Last night was Cruthers' 222nd game as a Royal.

- The Royals penalty killers blanked the K-Wings power play on four chances with the man advantage last night. The PK was six for six in the back-to-back games played against the K-Wings.
