North Charleston, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays celebrate Crews Subaru Family Sunday and host a Hagemeyer USA and Liquid Box Youth Jersey Giveaway today against the Gwinnett Gladiators at 3:05 p.m. at the North Charleston Coliseum. Today is the first of 16 meetings between to the two division rivals this season.

Family Day and Youth Jersey Giveaway:

Celebrate Kid's Day and Crews Subaru Family Sunday on Sunday, November 9 against the Gwinnett Gladiators at 3:05 p.m. The first 1,000 kids (12 and under) receive a jersey from Hagemeyer USA and Liquid Box! All kid's tickets and kids meals are $5! Stay after the game and bring your ice skates for the Health First Postgame Skate with the Stingrays!

Series Breakdown:

The Stingrays and Gladiators battle in the first of 16 meetings today, the most common opponent for the Stingrays this season. All-time, the Stingrays hold a record of 66-50-13 and went 9-6-0-0 against the Gladiators in 2013-14.

Preseason Action:

The Stingrays and Gladiators met in the preseason on October 10 with the Stingrays prevailing 2-1 at The Cooler in Alpharetta, Georgia. Forwards Jack Downing and Cody Sylvester lit the lamp for the Stingrays.

Home Cooking:

The Stingrays wrap up a five-game homestand today before taking on the Greenville Road Warriors tomorrow night at 7:00 at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina. The Stingrays then return to the North Charleston Coliseum to start another five-game stand with contests against the Florida Everblades (November 14-15), Road Warriors (November 16) and Orlando Solar Bears (November 22-23).

Scoring Streaks:

Forwards Cody Sylvester and Joe Devin are both riding four-game point streaks heading into today's matchup. Sylvester has two goals and four assists in his last four games while Devin supports two goals and two assists in his last four contests.

The Stingrays take on the Greenville Road Warriors to continue the Battle of the Palmetto State tomorrow, Monday, November 10 at 7:00 p.m. the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina.

The Stingrays return to the North Charleston Coliseum, open a five-game homestand and a three-game in three-day weekend on Friday, November 14 against the Florida Everblades at 7:05 p.m. Friday is Family 4 Pack Friday !
