"Stormy & Vortex's Birthday Party" at Werner Park November 13

OMAHA, Neb. - In November of 2010, the Omaha Storm Chasers were born and with that announcement came the birth of two brand new mascots: Stormy and Vortex. To celebrate their 4th Birthday, Werner Park will host the annual free event "Stormy & Vortex's Birthday Party" at the Storm Front Team Store on November 13th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
With free birthday cake and refreshments available, guests are encouraged to bring an unopened and wrapped toy which will be donated to "Toys for Tots." United States Marines from the Detachment 1 Maintenance Company will be on hand to collect the toys, and donators will also receive a 40% off coupon good for one full priced item at the Storm Front Team Store.
The event will include a Birthday and Christmas card decorating station which will benefit the Heartland Hope Mission, as well as party games such as Pin the Bat on Vortex and a Lucky Duck Pond.
Those in attendance will have the opportunity to receive $25 off a Valentino's Birthday Party of their own at Werner Park during the upcoming 2015 season, as well as a $5 discount off the Lil Chasers Club presented by ParentSavvy.com (normally priced $20).
