67's Home Games this Weekend Postponed

November 3, 2014 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Ottawa 67's News Release

OTTAWA -- The Ottawa 67's today announced that the team's home games scheduled for TD Place this Friday and Sunday have been postponed. A malfunction in the ice-making equipment in the Arena at TD Place over the weekend caused the ice to melt. Repairs are underway but the ice will not be rebuilt until early next week.

"We're working as fast as we can to get things back to normal," said Mike Cerha, TD Place Vice President. "Once the system is fixed, we have to rebuild the ice from scratch and that process will take several days."

The 67's are now working with the Ontario Hockey League and the teams scheduled to play at TD Place this weekend (Oshawa and North Bay) to reschedule the games. Season ticket holders and other fans that have purchased tickets for the games this weekend will be notified directly as soon as the reschedule dates are confirmed.
