Radio Recon Will Take the Fifty Lashes with a Wet Eagle Feather

October 27, 2014 - ECHL (ECHL)
Reading Royals News Release

Sinking Spring, PA - The Reading Royals cordially invite you to join us tomorrow night (Tuesday, October 28, 2014) from 6 - 7 pm at Jimmy G's Railroad House Sports Bar and Restaurant (152 Woodrow Avenue, Sinking Spring, PA; 610-678-1177) for Radio Recon, the Royals' weekly coach's show.

When the Royals acquired Pat Mullane, I mentioned that we were looking forward to having a 'Terrier' on our team-and now I'm hoping he doesn't bring a pit bull to Radio Recon tomorrow to take a chunk out of my leg. Of course, Messr. Mullane was actually a two-time NCAA Champ with the Boston College Eagles (not the Boston University Terriers-although they have had their championships, as well). Nevertheless, I think we all understand that more than one person has found himself 'trying on' cement shoes in the Boston area for lesser mistakes. Hopefully, however, he'll forgive me...We'll also have the Royals' new president, Drew Bell, to talk about the successful opening weekend for the Royals-and all of the excitement yet to come this season...

As always, we welcome any and all comments and questions from the fans at Radio Recon. We might also come up with a little crazy trivia and giveaways for those who participate in the show. Royals Radio Recon will be broadcast live on the Royals Broadcast Network (CBS Sports Radio 1240 am and 98.5 fm in Reading).
