Josh Mcfadden Reassigned To Cincinnati

SAN ANTONIO (Oct. 22, 2014) - Florida Panthers Executive Vice President and General Manager Dale Tallon announced Wednesday that defenseman Josh McFadden has been reassigned to the club's ECHL affiliate, the Cincinnati Cyclones.

McFadden, 23, was a key part of Cincinnati's run to the 2014 Kelly Cup Finals, recording 10 assists in 23 playoff games with the Cyclones. He spent time with both the Rampage and Cincinnati during the 2013-14 season, tallying a goal and four assists in 15 games with San Antonio and eight goals and six assists in 43 games with Cincinnati. The Guelph, Ontario native had yet to skate in a game with the Rampage this season.

San Antonio continues a five-game road trip with their first three-in-three of the season, taking on the Utica Comets Friday night and the Hamilton Bulldogs Saturday and Sunday. The Rampage return home for Zombie Night on Friday, Oct. 31. The puck drops at 7:30 p.m., and it will be a MIX 96.1 $1 Drink Night at the AT&T Center.
