Admirals Return Home Saturday

October 22, 2014 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Milwaukee Admirals News Release

Milwaukee, WI - Off to one of the best starts in team history, the Milwaukee Admirals return home to the BMO Harris Bradley Center on Saturday, October 25th at 7:00 pm to face the Lake Erie Monsters (NHL Affiliate: Colorado Avalanche). The first 5,000 fans to the game will take home an Admirals Schedule Pen, courtesy of Saz's Restaurant and Catering.

The Ads are off to a 4-0 start for just the third time in the 38-year history of the organization and the first time since 1988, the first year of the Bradley Center. In addition, the Ads have won their first three road games for just the second time in team history.

On the offensive side, the Admirals have taken a scoring by committee approach as 16 of the 19 skaters to play in a game have recorded at least a point. Rookie Brendan Leipsic is tops in the American Hockey League in rookie scoring and tied for third overall with six points, while fellow rookie Viktor Arvidsson is tied for second in the league with four goals, including a hat trick last Saturday night.

Marek Mazanec has played each of the first four games in net, stopping a combined 109 of 117 shots thrown his way and earning the win in each contest, including his first career AHL shutout last Saturday versus Iowa.

Fans can purchase tickets for Saturday night, or any Admirals game, by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or online at www.milwaukeeadmirals.com . Groups of ten or more receive a minimum of $2 off the face value of the tickets. For more information or to book a group fans should call the Admirals office at (414) 227-0550.
