The Canadian Hockey League in conjunction with the Ontario Hockey League announced the Team OHL Subway Super Series rosters Tuesday morning. Among those named was Wolves' forward NICK BAPTISTE, who will participate in the November 13th game in Peterborough. This will be the second time that Baptiste will suit up in the series as he also participated last season when the Wolves hosted.

The Ottawa native is in his 4th season with the Wolves however was injured in the pre season and has yet to play a regular season game with the club. The Wolves are expecting him to return to the ice in the near future. The Buffalo Sabres draft pick was recently named co-captain of the Wolves with fellow teammate Brody Silk. Baptiste lead the team offensively last season with 89 points, including 45 goals in 65 games.

Team OHL will compete against the Russian National Junior Team in Game 3 of the series in Peterborough on Thursday November 13 with Game 4 to be played in Kingston on Monday November 17. The series also includes two games in the WHL prior to both OHL games, and ends with the two games hosted by the QMJHL. The Subway Super Series is an evaluation tool for Hockey Canada to help determine Team Canada's roster for the World Juniors.

The Team OHL rosters were assembled by a Selection Committee that includes Attack General Manager Dale DeGray, and Storm General Manager Mike Kelly. Both DeGray and Kelly worked in consultation with Hockey Canada Head Scout Ryan Jankowski.

In 11 years of competition against the Russian National Junior Team, the OHL has a record of 19-2-1 in this series following a 5-2 loss in Oshawa and a 3-2 shootout loss in Sudbury last season.

The Sudbury Wolves would like to congratulate Nick and wish him the best of luck in Peterborough as he competes for a spot on Team Canada's World Junior Team!
