Lethbridge, AB- The Victoria Royals scored two goals in a 37 second span in the third period to beat the Lethbridge Hurricanes 4-2 on Friday night.

The Royals and Hurricanes headed into the final frame deadlocked at 2-2 before Tyler Soy scored the game winning goal for Victoria. The Royals' Axel Blomqvist scored the first and last goals of the game, while Jack Walker had the other marker. Lethbridge's goals were scored by Giorgio Estephan and Tyler Wong.

Coleman Vollrath stopped 20 of 22 shots he faced for the Royals, while netminder Zac Robidoux made 29 saves on 33 shots for the Hurricanes.

Victoria went 1/425.0% with the man advantage, while Lethbridge went 2/540.0%.

The Royals wrap up their six game road trip tomorrow night against the Kootenay Ice. Puck drop is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.

Victoria will return home for a pair of games vs. the Vancouver Giants on Friday October 24th and Saturday October 25th.
