New Minor Pro Hockey Landscape Featured On POPR Episode 3

The new minor professional hockey league landscape is front and center on a special edition of Puska on Pucks Radio.

Host Denis J. Puska has all angles covered as he looks at the seven Central Hockey League teams that joined the ECHL in time for the 2014-15 season. Puska speaks with ECHL Director of Communications Joe Babik about the story. There is also reaction from North American Hockey League Commissioner Mark Frankenfeld, Ft. Wayne Komets General Manager and Co-Owner David Franke, and Head Coach Gary Graham.

New software that helps both players, teams and coaches is also featured on the show. Puska speaks with Co-Founder and CEO Dan Kerluke from Double Blue Sports Analytics regarding the program and how it can be beneficial.

Puska on Pucks Radio also looks at the recent headlines on Ice Chips News and Notes as well features ironman Doug Jarvis on This Is Hockey History.

Puska on Pucks Radio can be heard on Mondays from 7 pm to 8 pm on CBS Sports Radio 1440 in Amarillo TX; on the Keystone Sports Network during the Southern Tier Express broadcasts and Saturday mornings on WWCB Radio in Corry, PA.
