Stockton Trades Oslanski to Rapid City

Stockton, Calif. - The Stockton Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's New York Islanders and AHL's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, have announced that defenseman Landon Oslanski has been traded to the Rapid City Rush for undisclosed terms per Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Rich Kromm .

Oslanski, 22, has played in Stockton since the 2013 Kelly Cup Playoffs when he was initially signed to an amateur tryout contract once his junior career in the WHL came to an end. The 6'0", 202 lb. defenseman played a total of 67 regular season games, registering 27 points, and 13 playoff games for the Thunder.

The team is gearing up for a three-in-three against the Bakersfield Condors for opening weekend, with the team opening up on the road Friday night, staying for a Saturday night game, and coming back to Stockton Arena to open up the home portion of the schedule Sunday at 4:00 p.m. Single game tickets are on sale at the Stockton Arena Box Office and on Ticketmaster or you can call the Thunder Front Office at (209) 373-1500 to learn about special packages and plans that can save you money.
