October 8, 2014 - Northwest League (NWL1)
Boise Hawks News Release
BOISE, Idaho - The Boise Hawks will open the Colorado Rockies era at home as the Northwest League released its 76-game 2015 schedule today.
The Hawks will play the first of 38 home dates on Thursday, June 18, against Tri-City - the second-straight season that Boise and the Dust Devils have opened the season at Memorial Stadium.
Boise will play a three-game series against Salem-Keizer to open July, culminating with a 3rd of July extravaganza, while playing 13 of the final 17 games of the first half of the season at home.
Following the Northwest League-Pioneer League All-Star Game in Spokane on August 4, the Hawks will play just six home games - two three-game series' vs. the new Cubs' affiliate, the Eugene Emeralds - over a 25 day stretch, including the annual 11-game road swing from August 20-30, while the Western Idaho Fair makes it run.
The Hawks close out the season with six September games against South Division rivals Hillsboro and Salem-Keizer.
