Chattanooga Lookouts News Release

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Today, the Chattanooga Lookouts named current Senior Corporate Sales Executive Harold Craw their Assistant General Manager. The Chattanooga native will be entering his 14th season working in professional sports and his second full season with the Lookouts.

"Harold has been with us for over two years and is a natural fit to help lead this team as the Assistant General Manager," said Lookouts' President and General Manager Rich Mozingo. "We are fortunate to have someone on staff from the Chattanooga Area with his wealth of knowledge and experience."

As Assistant General Manager, Harold will continue to oversee Corporate Partnerships and the Sponsorship Sales Staff. He will also manage the day-to-day facility operations of the ballpark.

"I want to thank the Chattanooga Lookouts for this exciting opportunity," Harold Craw said. "It's a dream come true to be able to hold this position with my hometown team."

Harold began on his path to the Lookouts' front office when he attended Emory and Henry College after graduating from Notre Dame High School here in Chattanooga. In 1999, he graduated from college and went on to earn his Master's Degree in Sport Management from East Tennessee State University in 2001.

A year later, the ETSU graduate began his career in Minor League Baseball as the Director of Stadium Operations for the Johnson City (TN) Cardinals of the Appalachian League. Following the 2002 season, Harold spent the next 10 years with the Charleston River Dogs and was named the South Atlantic League's Sales Executive of the Year in 2008 and the Community Relations Director of the Year in 2009.

In February of 2013, Harold joined the Quad Cities River Bandits as the club's General Manager. After some time with the club he was offered the opportunity to move his family back to the town he loved and work for his hometown team. He now resides in Chattanooga with his wife Angie and his two daughters Cameron (7) and Jasmine (2).

"As good as Harold is as a baseball executive he is an even better person and we are excited to have him in this Front Office for years to come," Mozingo said.

The Chattanooga Lookouts finished the 2014 season as Southern League North Division Champions and would like to thank all of our fans for their support.
