Riverfront Stadium to Host Iowa Hawkeyes

Waterloo, IA - The Waterloo Bucks have announced renovated Riverfront Stadium will host a fall baseball game between the University of Iowa and Indian Hills Community College on Friday, October 3. First pitch is slated for 6:05 pm and the contest is scheduled to go 12 innings.

There will be no charge to attend the game, with gates opening at 5:00 pm. The Riverfront Stadium concessions stand will be open throughout the game. Outside food and drink will not be allowed. It will be Iowa's final contest of the fall season, with their final intrasquad scrimmage - the best-of-three Black and Gold World Series - beginning October 10 in Iowa City.

The Bucks 2014 season is complete, with the team finishing the year with the third-best record in the Northwoods League. The Bucks will be back in action in late-spring of 2015. The 2015 NWL schedule is expected to be released this fall. Fans are encouraged to stay in touch with the Bucks in the off-season by utilizing their website at www.waterloobucks.com.
