Thunder Bay Border Cats News Release
Cory Kay of the Thunder Bay Border Cats has been selected as one of the top three defensive outfielders in the Northwoods League by winning the 2014 Rawlings 'Finest In The Field' Award.

Kay, who is in his senior year at Missouri State University, committed only one error in 63 games this past season for a .993 fielding percentage.Â
Â
It's the third trophy for the family as his older brother, Brett Kay, won the award twice as the best defensive shortstop in the NWL with the Border Cats in 2011 and 2012.Â
