Brandon Devlin Traded to Mississauga Steelheads

(Peterborough, ON, September 24, 2014)- Peterborough Petes General Manager Michael Oke announced today that overage defenceman Brandon Devlin has been traded to the Mississauga Steelheads in exchange for their 2016 5th round and 2017 3rd round OHL Priority Selection picks.
Devlin, a 6'2", 204lbs rearguard from Brampton, Ontario, was acquired by the Petes from the Windsor Spitfires in 2012. In 247 career OHL games, he has amassed 25 goals, 66 assists, 91 points, and 285 penalty minutes. He was originally selected by the Barrie Colts in the third round, 55th overall in the 2010 OHL Priority Selection.
The Petes kick off the regular season at home against the Kingston Frontenacs on Thursday, September 25 at 7:05pm.
