Cottonmouths Support In It to End It Together Breast Cancer Awareness Walk

COLUMBUS, Ga. -- The Columbus Cottonmouths announce their support of the In It to End It Together Breast Cancer Awareness Walk taking place September 27, 2014. Participants will gather at the Columbus Civic Center to begin the 10K walk through downtown Columbus and Phenix City.

All proceeds from the walk will be shared between the leading cancer centers in Columbus; the Elena Diaz-Verson Amos Center for Breast Health at St. Francis and the John B. Amos Cancer Center at Columbus Regional.

In 2013, St. Francis and Columbus Regional supporters had a $50,000 goal, and raised more than $96,000. You can help the walk exceed the goal of $100,000 by donating on the website at www.inittoendittogether.com.

The Cottonmouths will begin their 11th season on October 24th at 7:30 pm. An exhibition game will be played at the Columbus Civic Center on October 17 th.
