Sioux City Musketeers News Release
The Musketeers are ready to kick off the US segment of their pre-season tour after a successful campaign in Russia this August. The team went 4-2 in the Junior Club World Cup in Ufa, Russia, and knocked off Belarus for a Bronze Medal to cap their first ever international appearance!
The team continues pre-season action this Tuesday night in Lincoln, Nebraska when they travel to the Ice Box to take on the Stars. They return to Sioux City for the USHL Fall Classic on Friday and Saturday, September 19th and 20th to host Omaha and Sioux Falls, respectively.
The USHL regular season kicks off in Omaha, Nebraska on September 26th when the Musketeers travel to Ralston Arena to take on the Lancers. The last time these two teams met in Omaha, the Musketeers skated away with back to back wins in the first round of the USHL's Clark Cup Playoffs in April of this past spring.
The Home Opener for the Musketeers is on Saturday night, October 4th when they host the Sioux Falls Stampede.

USHL FALL CLASSIC WEST THIS WEEK
The Musketeers kick off the home segment of pre-season action this weekend when they play host to the USHL Fall Classic West! Tickets for the USHL Fall Classic West are on sale now at the Tyson Events Center Box Office. Daily passes are available and are good for all games played for the date purchased. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Box Office, or online a t Ticketmaster.com!
Season Ticket Holders can purchase daily passes for the USHL Fall Classic West for just $5.00 each! The passes are good for all games played for the date purchased.

HOME OPENER - OCTOBER 4, 2014
The Musketeers kick off the 2014-15 home campaign on Saturday night, October 4th at the Tyson Events Center when they host the Sioux Falls Stampede.
Season Ticket Holders can stop by the Tyson Events Center Box Office to pick up a FREE ticket to the home opener for each season ticket that they own beginning on Monday, September 15, 2014.
The team will be wearing the white, Russian jerseys that were worn during the Junior Club World Cup tournament that they competed in back on August 22-30, 2014.
FREE Magnetic schedules will also be handed out to fans as they enter the arena for the home opener!
SEASON TICKET PICK UP / MEET AND GREET THE TEAM
Season Ticket Holders can pick up their season tickets at the annual Season Ticket Holder Meet and Greet with the team on Tuesday, September 30th beginning at 5pm, ending at 6:30pm.
Head Coach Jay Varady and the team will be on hand for a team introduction at 5:30pm. Free pizza, beer and pop will be served. This event is exclusive, for SEASON TICKET HOLDERS ONLY, so make plans to pick up your season tickets and meet this years team at the Season Ticket Holder Meet and Greet on Tuesday, September 30th at the Tyson Events Center!
JCWC RUSSIAN JERSEY AUCTION
The team will be wear the Junior Club World Cup jerseys from their trip to Russia in August for the home opener on October 4th.
The jerseys will be auctioned off immediately following the game. Don't miss your chance to own one of these EXTREMELY LIMITED jerseys!

MAGNETIC SCHEDULE GIVEAWAY - OCTOBER 4TH
The team will be handing out FREE magnetic schedules to the first 2500 fans through the doors for the home opener on Saturday night, October 4th when the Musketeers host the Sioux Falls Stampede!
PINK IN THE RINK - OCTOBER 25TH
The Annual Pink in the Rink game will take place on Saturday night, October 25th when the Musketeers host the Lincoln Stars. Tickets are available online at Ticketmaster.com or at the Tyson Events Center Box Office during normal business hours.

AVOID LONG TICKET LINES AT GAME TIME!
It's a good problem to have...
The success of the team on the ice combined with food and beverage specials in the arena are creating long lines at the Tyson Events Center Box Office at game time. With all ticket windows open and selling as fast as they can, fans who show up to purchase tickets after 6:50pm are often times waiting in line for a half an hour or longer. Here's how to avoid the hassle:
1: Purchase your tickets in advance at the Tyson Events Center Box office, or online at Ticketmaster.com. Groups of 10 or more can purchase tickets by calling 712-252-2116!
2: Show up early! Doors open 1 hour before game time. Warmups start a half an hour before game time. Get in the doors early and get fueled up at a Centerplate concession stand, geared up at the Musketeers Merchandise stand, and then check out warmups! You'll be in your seat and ready to rock for pre-game, which takes place at 7pm sharp! (3pm on Sundays)
