Winston-Salem Dash News Release

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (Sept. 3, 2014) - The Winston-Salem Dash have announced their 2015 schedule, and the home slate begins on Thursday, April 16, at BB&T Ballpark. In all, the Dash will host 35 weekend games (Friday, Saturday or Sunday).

The Dash open the slate with a week-long road trip before a seven-game homestand against division rivals Myrtle Beach and Carolina. The month of May includes three weekend series, two of which come against the Salem Red Sox, Boston's High-A club.

Winston-Salem concludes the first half with 11 home games over the final two weeks before opening up a big month of July. Once again in 2015, the Dash will host a game on the Fourth of July, and it will precede the best fireworks show in the Triad.

BB&T Ballpark will be busy in the final month of the season, as Winston-Salem will host four weekend series. The Dash conclude the regular season with a seven-game road swing from September 1-7. The Carolina League playoffs run from September 9-17.

Winston-Salem has enjoyed tremendous success at BB&T Ballpark in its five-year run at the downtown facility. The Dash boast a league-best 205-145 (.586) home record since moving into BB&T Ballpark.

This season, the Carolina League will feature an imbalanced schedule. In previous years, Winston-Salem would host each CL foe 10 times, while the Dash would visit each city on the circuit 10 times. This year, the Dash will face division rivals Carolina, Myrtle Beach and Salem a few more frequently.

Game times for the 2015 season will be released at a later date, as will full ticket information. For any ticketing questions, call the Dash at (336) 714-2287 or visit wsdash.com
