Lancers Primed to Take the Ice for Training Camp

RALSTON, NE - The Omaha Lancers will step on the ice at Ralston Arena tomorrow for the first time this season as the first official on ice day for Training Camp begins tomorrow afternoon.
The team will welcome back 13 players from the 2013-2014 season and also see 13 new faces for camp.
"Our staff is very excited about this year's team," said head coach Brian Kaufman. "We're returning 13 players from last season, and we have high expectations for them. We have a good mix of young players and players with junior experience."
The Lancers have also released the Training Camp roster of 26 skaters which will need to be trimmed down to 23 skaters after the USHL Fall Classic.

The Lancers pre-season action starts with a pair of home games at Ralston Arena's auxiliary rink on Tuesday, September 9th vs. Sioux Falls at 7:05PM and Sunday, September 14th vs. Tri-City at 4:35PM. Both contests are FREE admission and the Sunday game is "Select-A-Seat Night" from 3:00PM - 7:00PM. Fans are encouraged to bring friends and family to test out a new seat!
The USHL Fall Classic West will be held in Sioux City on September 19th and September 20th. The Lancers will take the ice with the Sioux City Musketeers on Friday, September 19th at 7:00PM and the Des Moines Buccaneers on Saturday, September 20th at 4:00PM. All games during "USHL Fall Classic Week" can be viewed live or on-demand via FASTHockey, the League's broadband broadcast provider, and all live scoring of the games can be found on the USHL Scoreboard powered by Pointstreak.
