The Owen Sound Attack organization and General Manager Dale DeGray is pleased to announce that they have signed 2014 Priority Selection picks Keenan Reynolds and Kevin Hancock.
"From Day one of Rookie Camp, these two young men stood out.", stated Dale DeGray. "We are very pleased to have them both signed and a part of our team moving forward."
Reynolds, a 6'1, 199lb forward scored 13 goals and added 20 assists in 29 games for the Ottawa 67's Minor Midget team last season and was taken in the 4th Round by the Attack in the 2014 OHL Priority Selection. The Ottawa native is described as a big, strong, powerful forward who commands the ice and makes room for his teammates.
Forward Kevin Hancock is a skilled, 5'11, 176lb centre who tallied 20 goals and 14 assists in 30 games with the Jr. Canadiens. Hancock is a Toronto native and was taken in the 5th Round by the Attack in this years OHL Priority Selection.
Both Reynolds and Hancock suited up in the OHL Gold Cup tournament with Reynolds representing HEO and Hancock representing the GTHL Red team.
"Both Keenan and Kevin are the types of players on and off the ice that our organization tries to bring in. They have great character and a tremendous work ethic.", DeGray concluded.
The Annual Maltby/Snyder Scrimmage will take place at the Bayshore this evening beginning at 6:00pm and is open to the general public.
The Attack will take on Barrie in pre-season action on Sunday afternoon at the Bayshore. Game time is 2:00pm and tickets are available at the DJ's Furniture Attack Box Office at the Bayshore. Season tickets are also available for pickup.
