YOU SAY GOODBYE AND I SAY HELLO: The Pittsburgh Pirates promoted right-hander Felipe Gonzalez to Bradenton on Wednesday. In exchange the Pirates promoted right-hander Jake Burnette to the Power roster from Bristol. Meanwhile, Pittsburgh placed JaCoby Jones on the Power Disabled List. TRIPLE THE FUN: In Wednesday night's win over Lakewood, West Virginia posted three triples in a game for the first time since 2010. Edwin Espinal, Reese McGuire and Erich Weiss tripled to help lead the Power to the win. NOT SO NICE NORTH: The West Virginia Power have struggled in 2014 with divisional matchups. The Power are 27-49 against the North while 11-27 at Appalachian Power Park while in the division. West Virginia is 22-27 vs. the Southern division.
