LOVES PARK, IL - The Rockford Aviators, presented by Pearson, will host the Evansville Otters for the final weekend home stand of the 2014 season. This weekend will be the time that the Aviators are able to say thank you to all of our loyal fans who have been with us throughout the entire season. If you are a die-hard Aviators fan, you won't want to miss the promotions this weekend.
Friday, August 22 @ 7:05 p.m. - $2,000 Cash Giveaway, Sam's Club FREE Gas Friday, & Doctors vs Lawyers Game
Gates will open extra early for this game as local doctors and lawyers will team up for the annual Doctors vs Lawyers Game. Gates will open at 2:00 p.m. and the Doctors vs Lawyers game will begin at 3:00 p.m. The Aviators will also be giving away a total of $2,000 in cash prizes throughout the game so be sure to pick up your scorecard when you enter the gate for your chance to win! Also, four lucky fans will receive a FREE $25 gas card courtesy of our friends at Sam's Club.
Saturday, August 23 @ 7:05 p.m. - OSF Saint Anthony Fan Appreciation Night, Power Connection FIREWORKS, & Umbrella Giveaway
Tonight is the night where the Aviators will give back to the fans! The first 1,000 fans through the gate will receive a FREE Aviators umbrella courtesy of Pearson and B103. We will also be giving away hundreds of prizes throughout the game and you will want to pick up a scorecard at the front gate when you enter in order to be eligible to win. And as a final way to show our appreciation for our great fans this season, our friends at Power Connection will be lighting up the sky one final time this season with their FIREWORKS display immediately following the game.
Sunday, August 24 @ 5:05 p.m. - YMCA Family Day & Unused Ticket Night
Bring the entire family out to Aviators Stadium one last time before school begins for our final YMCA Family Day this season. Kids 12 and younger will receive admission for just $2. Kids will also be allowed on the field before the game to play catch and will be able to run the bases after the game. There will also be extra inflatable games for the kids to play on throughout the game. It will also be Unused Ticket Night. If you have a ticket to a game that you missed, you will be able to bring it to the ticket office and exchange it for admission to this game.
The Aviators will also be holding a 25% off sale on everything in the Aviators Team Store throughout the weekend! Everything in the store will be marked down so it will be the perfect opportunity to stock up on your Aviators gear before the winter begins. Long sleeve shirts, hoodies, hats, and everything else you could want! Christmas will be here before you know it, so be sure to stock up on gifts for the entire family!
