SeaWolves Walk off on Curve 3-2

The SeaWolves won a walkoff thriller on Friday night at Jerry Uht Park, taking down the Altoona Curve 3-2.
Altoona struck in the second against Erie starter Josh Turley when Willy Garcia belted an opposite-field, two-out solo home run for a 1-0 lead.
Turley would go on to toss six innings, allowing just one run on six hits with two walks and six strikeouts in a no-decision.
Altoona added to its lead in the eighth against reliever Angel Nesbitt when Stetson Allie connected on an opposite-field home run making it 2-0.
The "Wolves charged back in the bottom of the eighth against reliever Ryan Beckman. Dixon Machado singled and with two outs, moved into scoring position on a Jamie Johnson base knock. Corey Jones singled home Machado making it a 2-1 game.
The "Wolves tied the game in the ninth against Ken Kasparek . Steven Moya singled with one out for his third hit of the night. Pinch-hitter Aaron Westlake walked and Dixon Machado singled loading the bases for Jason Krizan . Krizan grounded into a fielder's choice, plating Moya, tying the game.
After Will Startup tossed a scoreless 10th, the SeaWolves did not take long to win the game. Johnson singled and stole second. The stolen base was Johnson's 59 as a SeaWolf and it tied him for the franchise record. Jones singled moving Johnson to third. With one out, Dean Green lined a sacrifice fly to center, plating Johnson for a 3-2 win.
Startup (5-1) earned the win tossing a scoreless 10th.
