The Los Angeles Dodgers announced Thursday several changes to the Ogden Raptors roster, including the promotions of John Richy and Luis De Paula to Low-A Great Lakes and Grant Holmes and Francisco Martinez to Ogden from the Arizona League.

Holmes joins the Raptors from the Arizona League Dodgers. The 2014 first-round pick for the Dodgers was 1-2 with a 3.00 ERA in seven appearances, six starts. In 30 innings, the right-handed pitcher struck out 33 batters and walked seven.

Martinez also joins the Raptors from the Arizona League Dodgers. Also a right-hander, Martinez was one of the best pitchers in the Arizona League. He ranked in the third in ERA (1.94) and WHIP (0.96). Among starters per nine innings, Martinez was first in batting average against (.197) and fewest baserunners (9.07) and third in fewest walks (1.94).

Richy was promoted to Low-A Great Lakes. Richy had posted a 5.71 ERA in eight appearances, five starts. In 17.1 innings, he struck out 17 batters and walked four.

De Paula did not pitch for the Raptors. He was promoted from the Arizona League on Aug. 10 to Ogden. He started the season with Great Lakes.

Holmes is scheduled to start Friday against the Helena Brewers, and Martinez will be coming out of the bullpen for Ogden.
