RHP Andrew Case Added to All-Star Roster

(Memorial Stadium - Boise, ID) - The Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club is proud to announce that RHP Andrew Case (0-0, 2.33) has been named to Team North at the upcoming Northwest League All-Star Game set for August 5th in Eugene, OR.
Case, 21, has been one of Vancouver's most reliable arms out of the bullpen this summer making 14 appearances and allowing just seven (7) runs over 27 innings of work. Northwest opponents are hitting just .228 against Case with the native of Saint John, New Brunswick striking out 26 against just nine walks.
The addition of Case brings the total number of players heading to Eugene at seven as well as the Canadians coaching staff led by manager John Schneider.
In addition to Case, 1B Ryan McBroom, 2B Tim Locastro, SS Franklin Barreto, OF Roemon Fields, LHP Jairo Labourt and RHP Miguel Castro will be playing out at PK Park on August 5th.
Canadians Baseball returns to Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium on Sunday, August 10th at 5:05pm to open up a six-game home stand against division rivals Tri-City (August 10-12) and Everett (August 13-15).
