Fisher Cats Release 2015 Schedule

New Hampshire Fisher Cats News Release
MANCHESTER, N.H. - The New Hampshire Fisher Cats have unveiled the team's 2015 schedule. The new season will begin with the first of 71 home games on Thursday, April 9, 2015 against the Britain Rock Cats (Minnesota Twins). The team has announced a preliminary listing of 30 Atlas Fireworks shows, 12 games with the Future Red Sox, the Portland Sea Dogs, and home engagements on Mother's and Father's Day as well as Memorial Day and the 4th of July weekends.
All three Sea Dogs series will take place in the warm, summer months starting with a four-game set on June 23 in Manchester. The teams meet again coming out of the All-Star Break from July 16-19, the same weekend that was a near-capacity series during the current 2014 campaign. A final set will wrap up the home portion of the schedule from August 31-September 3 before the team finishes the regular season on the road.
This year's Atlas fireworks docket begins with a show following the second game of the season on April 10, and then back-to-back shows on April 23-24 when the Binghamton Mets are in town. Four additional shows are planned in May before they become a regular event on most Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in the summer months. The highlight of the shows will once again be the celebration of America's birthday on the 4th of July.
In addition to the homestand on Independence Day, the Fisher Cats will be home to celebrate Mother's Day on May 10, Memorial Day weekend May 22-25, and Father's Day on June 21.
Game times will remain similar to years past with weeknight games beginning at 6:35 p.m. in April through May 13, and the final week of the regular season starting Aug. 31. Weeknight games and weekends turn to 7:05 p.m. starting Friday, May 22. Saturday games become progressively later starting at 4:35 p.m. during April and 5:35 p.m. in May. They shift to 7:05 p.m. for the summer months. Sunday's will remain at 1:35 p.m. with two exceptions on May 24 and July 5 at 6:35 p.m.

The Fisher Cats return home after the road trip for an epic four-day, five-game homestand with the Reading Fightin Phils on Thursday, July 31. The series begins on WMUR CHaD night with a portion of ticket proceeds going to support the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, plus an Atlas Fireworks show. Fans will also be able to have their pictures taken with the Red Sox World Series Trophies from 2004, 2007, and 2013.
