Cutters get great pitching in win over Scrappers

Williamsport Crosscutters News Release
The Cutters fell behind 1-0 in the top of the second inning on Thursday night at Susquehanna Bank Park at Bowman Field then responded with five unanswered runs the rest of the way to secure the win.
Jiandido Tromp went 3 for 3 with two singles, a triple, a walk an RBI and two runs scored.
Aaron Brown drove in Tromp with the go ahead run in the bottom of the third inning making it 2-1 Cutters.
The finishing touches were added in the bottom of the eighth inning when the Cutters scored three times to make the final 5-1.
Cutters starting pitcher Feliberto Sanchez picked up his second win and Jesen Therrien recorded his first save as a Crosscutter getting the final six outs.
