Reading Royals News Release

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League and the Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the American Hockey League, announced today that the team's merchandise outlet, the Fan-Attic (700 Penn Avenue, Reading, PA), will host the annual Christmas in July sale this Saturday, July 26, 2014, from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon.

In addition to a new supply of limited edition 'orange-themed' apparel that is arriving to the Fan-Attic daily, fans who visit the store this Saturday will get a sneak peek - first look at the special jersey that the team will be wearing at the home opener to celebrate the team's new affiliation with the Flyers and Phantoms. Only those fans who visit the Fan-Attic this Saturday will be able to view the jersey...there will be NO PHOTOGRAPHS allowed-so you won't see this one on social media (if we have anything to say about it...). And those fans who do visit the Fan-Attic on Saturday will have an opportunity to take advantage of a pre-sale of a replica of the home opener jersey at a special one-time-only price. Please note that the quantity of replica jerseys is extremely limited, and those jerseys will be available for pick up at the team's home opener on Saturday, October 25.

The Royals open the 2014-15 season at WesBanco Arena in Wheeling, West Virginia, where the team will face the Wheeling Nailers on Saturday, October 19. The home portion of the schedule will kick off the following Saturday (October 25, 2014 @ 7:05 pm) when Elmira will travel to Santander Arena. Royals' season tickets are currently available.
