LANCASTER, Calif. - The first half champion JetHawks return home riding a six-game winning streak. The Visalia Rawhide visit for four games (Wednesday-Saturday) followed by the Modesto Nuts (Sunday-Tuesday) for three games. It's the only trip to The Hangar for both clubs this season.
Special Events:
Fake Patty's Day: St. Patty's Day comes to The Hangar on Thursday, July 17 for the 6:30 p.m. game. Dress in green and enjoy $2 beers, $2 hot dogs, $2 nachos and $2 sodas.
Michael Jackson Fireworks: Friday fireworks continue after the July 18 game against Visalia. Don't Beat It after the final outs because the Antelope Valley sky will light up with the King of Pop. The highly anticipated Michael Jackson Fireworks show returns to The Hangar for the 6:30 p.m.
Throwback Jersey Giveaway: The first 1,000 fans in attendance for the 6 p.m. game on Saturday, July 19 receive a JetHawks throwback jersey presented by Affordable Air. Dress like the JetHawks do every Thursday night with this replica throwback.
Christmas in July: It's the most wonderful time of the year... Baseball season! Santa Claus is coming to town for a special Christmas in July at The Hangar. All kids in attendance will receive a free toy courtesy of Grace Resource Center.
Weekly Promotions:
Local Heroes Wednesday: All active duty military and veterans receive free admission for the 6:30 p.m. game on July 16 and every Wednesday home game at The Hangar this season.
Make A Difference Monday: Fans who donate any new or gently used books for kids in grades 3-6 to help build a library for a local school will receive a free ticket to the July 21 game against Modesto.
Two 4 Tuesday: The homestand wraps up with a 6:30 p.m. game against Modesto. Fans can enjoy two-for-two deals on Preferred Grandstand tickets and hamburgers and chicken sandwiches.
