July 16, 2014 - International League (IL1)
Syracuse Mets News Release

The Syracuse Chiefs are pleased to partner once again with the Syracuse Silver Knights of the Major Arena Soccer League for Silver Knights Camp Day on Monday, July 28th. The camp will start after the completion of the Chiefs' 12:00 p.m. game versus Gwinnett.

The first 100 campers to sign up will participate in a two-hour soccer clinic led by players from the Silver Knights. Additionally, the campers will receive a commemorative camp T-shirt, a voucher for a children's ticket to a Silver Knights' game during the 2014-2015 season and a 200-level reserve box ticket to that day's Chiefs' game. This cost of attending the camp, including the package valued at $57, is just $20 per camper. Parents or guardians of campers can purchase tickets for the Chiefs' game that day at a discounted rate of $8.

"We're thrilled that we were able to join forces again with the Silver Knights to provide our young soccer fans with a great opportunity to learn from the pros!" said Chiefs general manager Jason Smorol. "It's great to see two proud organizations in Central New York work together like this."

July 28th marks the second camp clinic that the Chiefs and Silver Knights have partnered to host this season, following a clinic on June 26th as part of World Cup Night. During the game on Monday, fans can stop by the Silver Knights' table on the stadium's main concourse. The team's mascot, the Silver Knight, will also be in attendance.

To sign up for the camp, please contact Account Executive Josh Sexton at 315-474-7833 or by email at jsexton@syracusechiefs.com.
