Sounders FC Announces Details for World Cup Final Viewing Party

Seattle Sounders FC News Release
SEATTLE, WASH. - Seattle Sounders FC, in partnership with Special Olympics, will host a live outdoor viewing party at Occidental Park for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Final on Sunday, July 13. Kickoff between Germany and Argentina is set for 12 p.m. PT.
Gates open at 11 a.m. PT to the all-ages event and admission is free. The event will be standing room only and will feature a beer garden. Food, water and beer will be available for purchase, with all proceeds from beverage sales donated to Special Olympics. Redhook, Anheuser-Busch and Coca-Cola also donated products to benefit Special Olympics. The event will also feature live music from J. Roddy Walston and the Business.
Following the World Cup Final, Sounders FC will host the Portland Timbers at CenturyLink Field at 7 p.m. PT. The March to the Match will include performances by the Painted Palms and Sound Wave.
